Bringing Cider Back To The Valley
Legend has it, that the Happy Valley name originated from a group of young men who liked to drink the local hard cider and have a good time. Locals came to calling them the 'happy fellas from the hollow', which soon became the name we know now. While the story may just be legend, we strive every day to ensure our ciders bring you happiness, and uphold the long tradition of cider from our valley.

Core Ciders
Our Mt. Scott Dry and Mt. Talbert Semi Dry make up our core ciders.
For both we use fresh pressed NW apple juice and dried citrus peel.
Mt. Scott Dry is crushable, completely dry with a clean, citrusy finish.
Mt. Talbert is a semi-dry with just a touch of sweetness to balance a champagne-like dryness.
